  1. Returns

Purchased items may be returned unopened and in its original packaging within 14 days from the date of receipt. Returned items will be refunded minus the shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee (per product).


The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Contact us first before returning any purchased item/s for more info.

NOTE:
A return tracking number is required.

Where possible we will issue a refund to the original method of payment, 


CANCELLATION POLICIES:
All orders are held for 1 hour to allow for modification or cancellation. After this time we cannot guarantee we will intercept an order for cancellation. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@swisschems.is.

Once an order is endorsed for shipping, we can no longer cancel it.
*All paid requested cancellations are charged a $25 processing fee.

Please understand that once an order is already endorsed for shipping, it’s less likely to stop the shipment as we are sending packages to USPS every 2 days. Please contact us immediately and we will do our best to accommodate you.

  1. Chargebacks

Chargebacks by a credit card issuer are taken seriously.

As a matter of fraud protection, any chargeback will result in the client being placed on the no-sell list.

  1. Payment Disputes

Kindly contact us at support@swisschems.is first if you have a payment dispute because we can solve most problems faster than a bank or payment processor. Just like chargebacks, disputes are also taken seriously by the company and may also result in the client being placed on the no-sell list.
