Please note that for BTC payments, you have to send your payment within the specified timeframe on the page for the BTC invoice to be valid.
If the timer is up or the BTC invoice is no longer valid, you can go back to the checkout page and try again which will generate a new BTC invoice that you can pay.
If you sent your payment and the invoice is no longer valid, please double check your account if the payment was debited. Kindly note that there are complications for sending payment when a BTC invoice is no longer valid such as:
•The amount will not be credited to our merchant account even if it was debited from your account since the BTC invoice is no longer valid when the payment was sent. In this case, you would have to ask assistance from your BTC wallet (i.e Coinbase) so they can process the refund.
•The exchange rate has changed and the amount you sent
IF it gets credited to our merchant account can either be more than enough or less than the amount needed, depending on the exchange rate when the payment was sent. If it's less the required amount for your order, the system will automatically cancel your order and you would have to contact us by sending us an email at
support@swisschems.is or by chatting with us. Please make sure to include a screenshot of the BTC transaction that clearly shows the amount that was sent and the BTC address where it was sent. If you can include the blockchain link, the better.
If you were able to send the BTC payment in time and the amount is enough, once the payment is credited to our merchant account, the system will automatically send your order to Processing and a confirmation email will be sent to you,
